Making the sides
Cut list: all is 3/8" thick
2- 1 1/2" x 30 1/2"

After the sides are cut clamp them together and square the ends, ensuring all are the same
length. Mark the ends and layout and drill the nail holes.

Install the sides on the end caps with nails and glue. The frames are done. Check them for
square then lay them on the plywood and mark the width and length, use the square saw
cut sides of the plywood. Clamp a straight edge on the plywood and cut it with a razor
knife.

Now nail and glue the top and bottom on the frames with 5/8" brads. work from the saw cut
sides to make it square.
